[Hong Kong, Feb 2011] Our Deputy Managing Partner Mr. Roy Lo, with years of experience in the development of internal control, often speaks for seminars and forums. Mr. Lo was once again invited by HKICPA as their CPD seminar speaker on the topic named ˇ§Risk Management & Internal Control for Listed Companies in Chinaˇ¨. There were more than 70 professional accountants, financial directors and directors and listed companies attending this seminar overwhelmed with enthusiastic responses and questions.
Mr. Lo first introduced the overview of internal control development all over the world. Supplemented with case studies during the financial crisis, he explained in depth the regulations and rules of Chinese internal control system. Audience was amused by his insights on the topic and understood better how to monitor and maintain effective internal control for Chinese enterprises.
