Mr. Roy Lo was cordially invited by the Education Bureau deliver a speech to over 250 secondary school teachers
[Hong Kong, Jun 2010] Our Deputy Managing Partner, Mr. Roy Lo, was cordially invited by the Education Bureau in June to deliver an exciting speech on "The opportunities and challenges arisen from the development of capital markets for the accounting industry" to over 250 secondary school teachers.
He described the scope of accounting business, the elements of corporate governance, and discussed the key components of risk management, internal audit and internal control. Furthermore, Mr. Roy Lo examined several case studies with the teachers to help them better understand the current economic state of Hong Kong and the future prospect of accountants in China. Mr. Roy Lo ended the seminar by sharing his personal thoughts and past experiences.
