Mr. Roy Lo and Mr. Andy Wong were invited to speak at HKICPA seminar
[Hong Kong, Apr 2010] Our Deputy Managing Partner, Mr. Roy Lo, and our Audit Principal, Mr. Andy Wong, were invited by HKICPA to conduct a seminar on 28 Apr under the topic of "PRC Companies: Listing in Hong Kong".
There were more than 200 participants attending this seminar. The seminar was first kicked off by Mr. Roy Lo's overview on the current situation of PRC companies listing in Hong Kong. Then Mr. Andy Wong made a detailed explanation on the listing requirements as well as the common problems PRC companies may face. Last but not least, Mr. Lo drew everyone's attention to the essence of corporate governance after listing, followed by the Q&A session.
