Mr. Roy Lo and Ms. Wang Xiao Juan were invited to attend the "Seminar on Listing and Fund Raising in Hong Kong for Hunan Enterprises"
[Hong Kong, Apr 2010] The "Seminar on Listing and Fund Raising in Hong Kong for Hunan Enterprises", jointly organized by Financial Affairs Office of Hunan Province and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, was successfully held at Changsha, Hunan Province, on 27 Apr. This seminar aims at providing professionals from Hunan and Hong Kong a platform for exchanging ideas and updating the latest development of the stock market.
More than 150 participants attended this seminar, including 50 Hunan enterprises with interest to raise funds in Hong Kong and local provincial and municipal government officials responsible for listing matters. Our Deputy Managing Partner, Mr. Roy Lo, and Marketing & Client Director, Ms. Wang Xiao Juan, were also invited to attend this event. Mr. Lo was one of the guest speakers to share his view on the topic of "Financial Preparation for Listing and Private Placement and its relevant Legal Issues". He also shared his experience in SHINEWING (HK) as well as issues to be taken care of during the listing process.
