Mr. Roy Lo and Mr. Andy Wong were invited to speak at CPA Aus seminar
[Hong Kong, Mar 2010] Our Deputy Managing Partner, Mr. Roy Lo, and our Audit Principal, Mr. Andy Wong, were invited by CPA Australia to conduct a seminar on 31 Mar under the topic of "PRC Companies: Listing in Hong Kong".
There were around 40 participants attending this seminar. The seminar was first kicked off by Mr. Roy Lo's overview on the current situation of PRC companies listing in Hong Kong. Then Mr. Andy Wong made a detailed explanation on the listing requirements as well as the common problems PRC companies may face. Last but not least, Mr. Lo drew everyone's attention to the essence of corporate governance after listing, followed by the Q&A session.
