Mr. Roy Lo and Mr. Patrick Leong were invited to speak at CPA Aus seminar
[Hong Kong, Mar 2010] Our Deputy Managing Partner, Mr. Roy Lo, and our Internal Control and Risk Management manager, Mr. Patrick Leong, were invited by CPA Australia to conduct a seminar on 24 Mar.
The seminar topic was "The Importance of Risk Management and Internal Controls for Listed Issuers in Hong Kong and PRC". Mr. Roy Lo first made an introduction on the current situation of internal control in different countries, followed by Mr. Patrick Leong's sharing on various case studies. Finally, Mr. Lo concluded by explaining how Chinese SOX works. There were over 30 participants at the seminar, including auditors, accountants and financial controllers.
