[Hong Kong, Jan 2010] To take a break from the pressure of work, SHINEWING (HK) organized a wine tasting gathering on 8 Jan at Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Rex Yeung, the Financial Controller of the company. He gave us an introduction on the origin of wine, selection of red and white wines in China, choices of glassware as well as the drinking etiquette, followed by an overview of the red wine and white wine we drank. We enjoyed so much in our wines matching with well selected cheese in this happy Friday night. Cheers!
