it has completed a merger with Zhong Xing Yu Certified Public Accountants
(ÖÐÅdÓî•þ??Ê„Õ) in China, effective 8 October 2006. The merger will see SHINEWING
further consolidating its market leadership in China and enhance its capacity
to serve the mainland¡¯s fast expanding financial market.
Established in Beijing for more than 20 years, Zhong Xing Yu is a medium sized
CPA firm servicing a selection of listed companies in China. The firm has a
team of over 100 people stationed in Beijing and its two branch offices in
Heilongjiang and Liaoning. According to the Top 100 CPA firms in China Listing
released by CICPA, Zhong Xing Yu ranked 61 nationwide and 25 in Beijing for the
year 2005.
