Zhang Kedong is a certified public accountant in China. He was elected as a committee member of the tenth and the eleventh public offering supervision committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission (中 國 証 券 監 督 管 理 委 員 會 股 票 發 行 審 核 委 員 會 專 職 委 員).

Mr. Zhang has 21 years of experience in accounting and auditing services. Prior to joining SHINEWING, he has worked in China Coal Research Institute, CCRI (煤 炭 工 业 部 科 学 研 究 总 院), China International Economic Consultants (中 国 国 际 经 济 咨 询 公 司) as project and audit manager and Zhongxin Certified Public Accountants (中 信 会 计 师 事 务 所) as deputy audit principal. Currently, he is a partner of SHINEWING Certified Public Accountants, China.
