Zhang Ke is a certified public accountant specializing
in securities. His professional career spans over 20 years
in the fields of investment, management consultancy, finance
and auditing. Zhang is a former international partner
of Coopers & Lybrand in China. He is a member of the
Standing Council of the Chinese Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (CICPA), serving as vice chairman since
2004. In 2005, Zhang was elected by the Ministry of Finance
as one of the top 20 Outstanding Accountants in China.
