Ye is a registered accountant and valuer in China. He
is a member of the Standing Council of Beijing Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and China Youth Computerized
Accounting Research Association ( 中 青 年 会 计 电 算 化 研 究
会 ). He has served the department for economic adjustment
and state asset management of the Ministry of Engineering
Industry ( 国 家 机 械 工 业 部 经 济 调 节 与 国 有 资 产 管 理 司 ) and
is currently general manager of Shinewing Certified Public
Accountants.
