Kevin Lam is a Partner of Corporate Finance Services of our firm. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and is a Chartered Marketer.
Prior to joining SHINEWING, he was a director in a Big Four firm where he led the commercial advisory services in Greater China. He advises multinational corporations and private equity firms on M&A commercial due diligence and strategic market assessment. Kevin possesses extensive strategic consulting experience in Asia Pacific across different industries. He has in-depth experience in transaction advisory in Greater China, including M&A strategy, due diligence, and acquisition target assessment.
