Alison Wong is a Partner of Corporate Finance Services of our firm. Wong is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Directors.
Prior to joining our firm, Wong worked in international accounting firms. She has 23 years of experience in corporate financial advisory, including M&A, valuations and due diligence for companies incorporated in Hong Kong, China and overseas in a wide spectrum of industries such as manufacturing, trading, construction and information technology. She is also experienced in liquidation, receivership, investigation and bankruptcy in Hong Kong, China, UK, Bermuda and British Virgin Islands, involving a wide spectrum of industries such as banking, computers, finance, manufacturing, properties, hotels, construction, telecom and garment.
